Formulated using a mix of biodegradable low VOC components, with a unique conditioning agent. This leaves your brushes soft & supple to the touch. Application Can be used to clean all water-based, and most oil-based paints from brushes with light agitation, and effectively cleans a wide variety of surfaces and materials.
