Gel Printing Plates

Gelli Arts Gelli Plates are a fast, convenient method of mono printing without a press. Developed as a non-perishable alternative to gelatin, they're completely clear, non-toxic, latex & silicone-free. Thanks to their incredibly sensitive surface, it's effortless to hand draw a design onto the Plate using soft-tipped tools, such as paint brushes or cotton buds. Alternatively, you could create a detailed print using absolutely anything (bubble wrap, leaves, feathers etc.), simply by wrapping it around or pressing it into the surface of the plates. Things To Know It's best to store your Gelli Plate at room temperature in it's original packaging, or on a smooth tray or piece of glass Easily cleaned with soap & water, gel hand sanitiser or even just a wet wipe Recommended for use with water-based paint or inks, such as acrylic Dye-based paints may stain the Plate, but it won't affect the performance With use, the Plate may become matte or cloudy, but this won't affect performance
