L'Aquarelle Watercolour Tube Wood Box (10ml)

This collection from Sennelier includes 98 vivid watercolour 10ml tubes from across their L'Aquarelle range & a Kolinsky Sable brush in an attractive wooden presentation box. Made in France for over a century, these artist-quality watercolours feature high concentrations of the finest pigments and use Kordofan Gum Arabic as a bonding agent. The inclusion of honey in their formulation acts not only as a preservative, but also an additive that provides increased brilliant, radiance & luminosity. Each colour in the L'Aquarelle is ground traditionally using grindstones, which are rotated slowly so as not to heat up or damage the fine paste. This is carried out in several stages, ensuring that all particles that could potentially impair the smoothness of their application is removed.
