Surface Restrictions: The pallet truck cannot operate on uneven, soft, or unstable surfaces such as grass, gravel, or steep slopes. Kerbside Delivery: If site access is restricted, the pallet will be left at the home or site kerbside. The responsibility for transferring the product to your preferred area will then fall to the customer. Vehicle Access: Please notify us before placing your order if there are access issues for large vehicles (comparable in size to a refuse lorry) on the roads leading to your property.
