TekSpan® T-Lock Bolt Plus

The heart of the TekSpan system – the T-Lock Bolt. The new and improved T-Lock Bolt Plus with slotted locking washer makes installation even easier. 10.9 grade high tensile t-bolt that locks securely in place, and joins frames and components together in an easy-to-adjust, permanent fixture. Locating collar maintains alignment, while teeth on t-head of bolt “bite” into frame, for an exceptionally secure fixing. TekSpan T-Lock bolts are made from zinc-nickel, meaning issues like zinc whiskers (as encountered with zinc plated fasteners) are avoided. Zinc-nickel coating has a weight percentage of 12-16% nickel with local coating thickness of 12mu and incandescent passivation.
