TekSpan® T-Lock Bolt with Steel Disc

For applications such as connecting standard Unistrut channel to TekSpan, the T-Lock bolt with steel disc washer is recommended. This uses the same T-Lock bolt but with a heavy-duty steel washer to avoid impacting lighter-weight components that are being connected. TekSpan T-Lock bolts are made from zinc-nickel, meaning issues like zinc whiskers (as encountered with zinc plated fasteners) are avoided. Zinc-nickel coating has a weight percentage of 12-16% nickel with local coating thickness of 12mu and incandescent passivation.
