STUNNINGLY CLEAR SOUND QUALITY The next-generation club sound comes from extensive development and fine-tuning of existing technology, plus brand-new components including ESS Technology 32-bit high-quality A/D and D/A converters in the channel section and outputs respectively. EVOLVED PLAYABILITY The Pioneer DJ DJM-A9 features increased spacing around the EQ knobs, bright LEDs in the channel section, optimised frequency response on the isolators, slicker channel faders than the DJM-900NXS2, plus the third-generation MAGVEL FADER crossfader. SOUND COLOUR FX WITH WORLD’S FIRST CENTRE LOCK Turn on the brand-new Centre Lock feature and, when you’re using the popular Sound Color FX, each knob will stop turning when you reach the centre position so you can’t go too far and accidentally switch from the hi/low to the opposite parameter. NEWLY ADVANCED BEAT FX A new colour display helps you to quickly and accurately understand the status of the selected Beat FX, and it features lighting that corresponds with the X-Pad’s horizontal arrangement, enabling more intuitive control with a simple finger slide. There are 14 Beat FX to play with including 3 new ones: Mobius, Triplet Filter, and Triplet Roll. ENHANCED MIC SECTION The phantom-powered input means you can connect a high-quality condenser mic directly to the Pioneer DJ DJM-A9, and there are 3 new microphone effects with a dedicated reverb effect so you can change the sound of your voice and hype up the crowd. EXPANDED CONNECTIVITY AND DUAL INDEPENDENT HEADPHONE OUTPUTS Connect 2 different PC/Mac systems at the same time thanks to the dual USB Type-B and USB Type-C ports (there are 2 of each) and route wireless audio to any channel via the Bluetooth* input. The Multi I/O section has an independent channel selector, giving the Pioneer DJ DJM-A9 true send capabilities. There are dual headphone outputs too, each with their own cue buttons, volume knobs, and mix balance knobs, so you can monitor tracks independently from another DJ. * Bluetooth transmission distances are a guideline.
