There is no reason to return to ordinary ketchup after this. Tomatoes stay front and centre, sugar behaves itself, and Naga Bhut Jolokia lurks quietly until it decides to remind you it exists. Use it anywhere you’d normally reach for ketchup, especially when your regular bottle feels too tame. Pile it onto fries, burgers, sausages or cheese toasties. Stir it into stews for deeper flavour, or swipe it across anything fried. It’s simple, spicy and far more interesting than the red stuff everyone else settles for.
