Abasolo is a excellent corn whisky hailing from Mexico, created using 100% Mexican Cacahuazintle corn. Some of the corn is put through a process called nixtamalization which is an ancient cooking technique. Abasolo is double distilled in copper stills, and aged in virgin oak casks, impressive stuff from Mexico.
