This release of single malt whisky comes from Balvenie, located in Dufftown- this distillery is recognised the world over for producing exceptional whisky. As the name suggests, this bottling of Balvenie is aged for a minimum of 15 years in a single sherry cask, which gives it unique characteristics and flavors. The use of a single cask means that each bottle will have slight variations, as the whisky is not blended with whiskies from other casks. Limited by nature, each heavily toasted European oak Oloroso sherry butt will yield no more than 800 bottles of Scotch whisky.
