Distilled back in 1999, this exquisite expression showcases the art of Islay whisky-making, enriched by a progressive approach to cask maturation and blending. Overseen by Master Blender Julieann Fernandez, this release is one of 4,002 bottles crafted using whisky matured in a trio of sherry casks— Amontillado, Oloroso, and Manzanilla. This meticulous selection of casks imbues the whisky with layered, complex flavours, offering a depth and richness that resonate with each sip. Presented at 53.3%, this release is all natural colour without chill-filtration.
