It undergoes an extensive fermentation process exceeding 72 hours and is distilled three times in traditional copper pot stills. This triple distillation technique selectively removes heavier, oilier compounds, resulting in an exceptionally light and pure spirit. The spirit's inherent fruity and bright qualities are nurtured in a combination of ex-bourbon and virgin American oak casks, culminating in a perfectly balanced maturation. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration.
