Spot Whiskey commemorates its 100 year anniversary in 2025 with a limited edition release: a 10-year-old expression of its iconic Green Spot Single Pot Still Irish whiskey. This bottling pays tribute to a legacy that began in 1925, when Green Spot was first advertised in The Irish Times. The Spot range takes its name from Mitchell & Son's distinctive method of marking casks with coloured spots to denote age, a tradition that continues to define the brand's identity. Aged for a minimum of 10 years in Bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at a higher proof than the classic Green Spot. For this special release, Spot has partnered with British craft paint house YesColours to create a bespoke shade of green that reflects the spirit of Green Spot itself.
