Here we have a vibrant rye whisky from the High West Distillery in Utah. It’s a blend of two different rye whiskies, aged for a minimum of two years. One has a mashbill of 95% rye, the other of 80%. This high-rye content makes for a spicy expression, but it’s balanced out with botanical notes of juniper, mint and honey. It’s designed to be enjoyed neat and savoured.
