Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry Cask Taiwanese Single Malt Whisky 70cl

Kavalan Distillery has been pioneering the art of single malt whisky in Yilan County, Taiwan since 2005. Kavalan sources the mineral-rich waters that flow from the nearby Snow Mountain, this pure water combined with the intense heat & maturation process produces some sensational "new world" Single Malt whisky. This release in the Solist range was matured in extremely high quality Oloroso sherry casks which imparts a simply incredible colour & flavour profile. As with all releases in the series; Kavalan Solist Sherry Cask was bottled at the distillery, without any added colouring or chill-filtration.
