The simple yet striking patterns of peat brick shapes are showcased by the white paint, reminiscent of the iconic painted wall of Warehouse No.1. Warehouse No.1, which sits on the historic foundations dating back to the 1800s, faces the relentless sea spray and weather conditions of the bay. Each piece is not only hand-numbered but also signed by Laura Carlin. This first edition release in the The Wall Collection has been matured in ex-Bourbon casks before finishing in heavily peated casks, a process that re-intensifies its smokiness, echoing the elemental nature of Islay.
