Milk and Honey Classic Israeli Single Malt Whisky 70cl

This is the very first single malt from the M and H Distillery in Tel Aviv-Yafo, a city in Israel. The Classic expression shows off the impact that cask choices can have on a whisky's flavour profile. This expression is aged in a combination of bourbon casks, virgin oak and red wine-seasoned STR (shaved, toasted and recharred) casks. This huge combination brings a wonderful balance of sweetness, honey, vanilla and caramel with chocolate and Woody notes. This light bodied Single Malt is a great start from M & H and were excited to see what is to come from their distillery in Israel.
