This subtly smoky expression from the M and H elements series, comes from Tel Aviv-Yafo, a city in Israel. The Elements series shows off the impact that cask choices can have on a whisky's flavour profile. This expression was aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Islay whisky casks which creates a Medium bodied whisky with a Long finish, delicate oak and lemon flavours, Vanilla sweetness and a delicate peat touch.
