Paul John Bold Indian Single Malt Whisky 70cl

Released in 2015, Bold is a peated addition to the Paul John core range. Made with Indian barley, Islay peat is imported to Goa to create a smokey single malt with phenol levels of 25ppm. It’s aged in ex-bourbon barrels and is balanced out by flavours of honey, coffee and citrus. Another superb expression from Paul John and one that demonstrates the versatility of Indian whisky.
