Here we have a New Zealand single malt from the Pokeno distillery in the Waikato region. This is Discovery; which is made with locally-grown barley and matured in a combination of first-fill Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks which has created a rich, complex indulgent whisky.
