The Haven is the first release from Irish whiskey brand, Sailor’s Home. It’s a small batch single pot still whiskey, that’s been aged in a combination of ex-Oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks. Triple-distilled and non-chill-filtered, it’s smooth, sweet and creamy, with a hint of cinnamon spice. An excellent introduction to the Sailor’s Home range.
