A pioneering release from the renowned Maker’s Mark distillery, Star Hill Farm Whisky redefines the brand’s signature approach to flavour. Under the meticulous direction of master distiller Blake Layfield, this inaugural annual release honours the essence of nature in whisky-making, placing special emphasis on the harmonious relationship between wheat, wood, and water. A blend of two distinctive mash bills: one composed of 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other featuring 100% malted soft red winter wheat. Notably, it marks the first Maker’s Mark whisky to entirely omit corn, allowing the brand’s signature wheat profile to truly shine. The result is a whisky that envelops the palate with a smooth, rich texture, offering an intricate balance of sweet grain, subtle spice, and delicate oak.
