Stillwater North of Scotland 50 Year Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky

This sophomore single cask release from Stillwater Whisky Co. comes from the North of Scotland Distillery. Fondly remembered for producing some of the finest Grain whisky in all of Scotland; the distillery was sadly closed back in 1980 and confined to the annals of whisky history. Now after an extended maturation of over half a century, This bottling uses a single hogshead cask laid down in December of 1971; this cask was bottled in 2022 as a tribute to this now silent distillery. This is one of only 392 bottles, bottled at a cask strength of 42.2% ABV. As with all Stillwater releases, it is presented un-chill filtered and all natural colour.
