Togouchi Sake Cask Japanese Whisky 70cl

Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a blend produced by Sakurao Brewery & Distillery, formerly Chugoku Jozo, famous for its traditional sakes. This is a Japanese blended whisky from Togouchi that was matured in specially-selected casks, first used to mature white wine and then Sake, before finally being filled with whisky. The imported Bourbon barrels are brought in the old railway tunnel to be aged there. Then Chef Blender selects and blends the precious whisky to finish it for 3 months in sake casks before bottling it.
