A sweet and spicy Irish blend from the guys at West Cork Distillers. Comprised of two-thirds grain and one-third malt, this well-balanced whiskey is aged for three years in first-fill bourbon barrels, before being finished in charred casks for 12 months. The result is a creamy whiskey with notes of orchard fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, and oak.
