Hidersine 6C deluxe rosin is a premium Dark rosin, a little softer with more grip than its harder, lighter-coloured siblings: 1C, 3C and 12C. Played by many a pro cellist, Hidersine 6C deluxe strikes a fantastic balance between grip and subtlety of expression. At its core, the rosin offers superb levels of grip (Grip Profile Rating: GPR#6) and good levels of attack, with the slightly softer consistency allowing a little more subtle articulation. Based on perhaps one of Francis Hider’s most respected historic Cello recipes, 6C rosin is genuinely pleasurable to play, and offers you a genuinely different tonal choice too.
