This is the new V3 Version, released in September 2023! Upgraded handset now fitted with a LCD screen, with telemetry feature so you can see the battery level of your boat from the handset! Brilliant single handed radio control 6 Channel set! This is a fantastic little 2.4ghZ radio set with a very impressive range. You have 2 channels on the 360 joystick, mainly used for throttle/reverse and Left/Right. Both channels are proportional. The other 4 channels are on/off or open/close buttons for use on bait boat hoppers, lights on/off etc. This handset has a number of great features, below we have listed the ones most suitable for bait boat use: DS600 V3 Features: - New telemetry function  This allows the handset to show the reading of the battery on the boat - LCD screen shows handset voltage, boat voltage and boat/handset signal - Automatic shut down after 15 minutes of no use. Saves the battery power if you accidently leave the handset on! - USB charging—Use your phone USB plug or charge from the bank using portable power banks or using the Lake Reaper solar panel with USB port - Failsafe option - If the boat loses signal for any reason, you can set the boat to power up (so it finds its way to the back) or cut the motor completely. - Large 1200 lithium battery fitted. 10-15 hour run time! Ideal for use when you are sending your boat out with your rod in your other hand. Easy control using just one hand! This is also a easy conversion and we can help you with how to fit this. (Installation instructions can be found in the product images).   TELEMETRY FEATURE (OPTIONAL) This handset has a telemetry feature which allows you to read your boat voltage from the handset. You can still use the handset fine without this feature but if you wanted to add/use this feature then please see details below. PLEASE NOTE - TELEMETRY FEATURE ON MODELS PURCHASED BEFORE 2023 - The  Lake Reaper bait boats purchased 2023 onwards will already be fitted with the correct telemetry wire to plug into this receiver.
