Hachette RMS Titanic Static Model Stunning! This model is built to a near perfect standard, we would class this as 9.5 out of 10 (at least) Approx length 135cm Metal hull Model includes the following. Build The Titanic was a magazine published by Hachette Partworks.  It's was a weekly magazine, with the main aim being to complete a 1/250 scale model of the Titanic, which will take 100 issues, or 2 years. This one has been built to the highest level. Not made for water but would make such a stunning show piece either in the home or the office. The stand takes batteries and the boat hull plugs into a concealed jack plug. This allows the user to operate the electric motors for the props, lighting, horn and the optional smoke feature (smoke units supplied but not fitted) from the period style handset. Also comes with some extra parts. There is a removeable plate on the hull that actually shows the engine and the pistons moving. This is stunning and would my wife allow it this one would be at my house and not on sale on here but never mind. This one would be for collection only unless special arrangements are made with Nick.
