Low odour 20g slow release tablet Apply via a floating dispenser Works well over a wide pH range   Aquasparkle Bromine Tablets for hot tubs are ideal for a slow, daily dosing of your swimming pool or spa. They work by slowly releasing a continuous dose of free active bromine which kills bacteria and other potentially harmful organisms. Bromine tablets are designed for use with feeders and floating dispensers. They should not be added directly to the spa as this can result in damage to your spa. Application Instructions 1. These bromine tablets are designed for use with floating dispensers or bromine feeders. 2. When dispenser requires refilling with tablets, always follow manufacturer’s instructions. 3. Ensure tablets used in the dispenser are of the same chemical (BCDMH). If other chemicals have been used previously, wash out dispenser thoroughly before adding tablets. 4. Adjust dispenser to ensure a constant bromine level is present in the hot tub. 5. Check the bromine level regularly and maintain at 3 – 5mg/l for domestic hot tubs or 4 – 6mg/l for commercial spas. 6. Commissioning freshly filled new hot tubs or ones left drained for a period of time: Following latest guidance, a commissioning dose of 50mg/l free chlorine maintained for a minimum of one hour is recommended. 7. Maintain pH level within the ideal range of 7.2 – 7.6. If not in this range, adjust. Note: It is recommended that you periodically (e.g., weekly or after prolonged hot tub use) shock dose your hot tub with AquaSPArkle Spa Fusion, Spa Non Chlorine Shock or Spa Rapid Shock. When your feeder device requires refilling with tablets, always make sure to follow manufacturer's instructions, and ensure that all tablets used are the same chemical (Bromo-Chloro-DimethylHydantoin) Remove the dispenser from your spa water during use, but don't forget to replace it once you are finished. When using Bromine tablets in a floating dispenser, you will need to check your bromine levels regularly with a Test Kit and maintain a bromine residual of 3-5mg/l(ppm). You can adjust most feeders to ensure a constant bromine residual is present in the spa, and top up with granules after bathing.
