Pale yellow to mid-brown in colour with reddish tints, having a straight grain. Kiln dried to between 10 -14% moisture content. Square edged Timber General use Internal projects such as shelves & furniture. Can be finished with varnish, oil or paint. Timber is planed all round so typically will be approximately 5mm under the advertised size. Timber is a natural product and subject to the effect of atmospheric conditions, this causes timber to expand and contract which may cause size variations and some surface checking.
